Our commission fee is from 2% + VAT 24% = 2.48% debt-free purchase price.
Our minimum fee for condominiums 2200 €, real estates 3.500 €(prices inc. VAT 24 %).
Brokerage fees depend on the location of the home and the object type – a house or an apartment.
ESTIMATE DOCUMENTS
* A written estimate of the apartment: 350 € + VAT 24 % = 434 € + document costs
* A written estimate of the property from : 500 € + VAT 24 % = 620 € + document costs
* Real estate contracts of sale: 500 € + VAT 24 % = 620 € + document costs
* Oral price estimate for the sale of the property is free. The cost estimate is based on inspection of the property, the selling prices per square meter in the area and the agent’s expertise on the markets.
